A plan commitment is the minimum amount of time (number of months) you must pay for to access that plan tier.
Connector Plans
Currently SaaSAssure offers two plan types with different durations of commitment; monthly or annually. Both plan types are billed monthly but the price and commitment differs.
Individual connectors can be purchased either as monthly plan or annual plan. Bundled connectors are only available as annual plans.
Monthly Plans and Commitment
Monthly plans for individual connects auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (one month duration) and can be cancelled at anytime. If the plan cancellation is during a billing cycle the plan simply does not auto-renew after the current billing cycle has completed.
Annual Plans and Commitment
Annual plans for individual connectors or bundled connectors auto-renew every 12 months. This plan tier provides a discounted monthly fee in exchange for a 12 month commitment. Meaning that regardless of when you cancel your annual plan you will be required to pay for it monthly until the plan ends. Payments are still processed monthly, but the commitment is for a 12 month period.
