How does your Pricing Model Work?

Connector plans are priced based on the type of connector and the number of licensed users being backed up.

All SaaSAssure connectors are billed based on the actually number of licensed users backed up. The total billed users per billing cycle is based on the total daily number of users backed up averaged over the duration of the billing cycle, meaning a 'monthly' average. 

The fee per user is dependent on the connector type as each connector type has a different price. The possible connector types are: 

• Business Connectors: which includes connectors such as HubSport, Quickbooks Online, Salesforce, and others
• File-Based Connectors: which includes includes connectors such as Box
• DevOps Connectors: which includes includes connectors such as Confluence and Jira. 
• DevOps Bundle: which includes Confluence and Jira
• M365 Bundle: which includes Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. 

All connectors have a minimum user count of 10 users initially, annual plans have conditions based on the plan commitment.
