How are Connector Plans Structured?

Connectors can be purchased individually or in a bundle and may be on a monthly or annual plan.

Connector Plan Structures

Connector plans can be either purchased as an individual connector plan or a group of connectors within a plan called a bundle.

Some connectors, such as the M365 suite of applications, are only available as a bundle. Other connectors such as Jira and Confluence could be purchased either individually or purchased as a bundle. Other connectors are only offered as individual plans. 

Individual connector plans may be purchased monthly or annually, while bundled plans are annual only. All plans are billed monthly. 

All plans auto-renew unless cancelled. 

Connector Plan Billing Cycles

Your SaaSAssure billing cycle is set based on the date of the first connector plan you purchase. 

Connector Plan Commitments

A connector plan come with a commitment, should a plan be cancelled prior to the end of the commitment period you will be required to continue paying for the plan monthly until the term of the commitment has ended. 

Monthly plans come with a monthly commitment and annual plans come with an annual commitment, both plans are billed monthly.
