Individual DevOps connectors can be upgraded to bundled DevOps connectors.
The Confluence and Jira connectors are available as individual connectors as well as a bundled connector set.
If you want to change those connectors from individual connectors to a bundled set you will need to select the bundled option and add it to the plan. Once you add the bundled plan the system will automatically convert your individual connectors into the bundled connector versions.
The system does not automatically upgrade to a bundle simply based on the two connectors being present as individual connectors as they may be on monthly plans or may be set to different commitment timeframes.
When you add the DevOps bundle here is what will happen:
- Existing Confluence and/or Jira individual connectors and associated configuration, backups, data, etc. will be moved under the DevOps bundle.
- The billing cycle will remain as is and you will be pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing cycle under the bundled plan pricing.
- Any existing monthly or annual commitment plan will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle and replaced with a new annual plan commitment set to start from the beginning of the next full billing cycle.
Important Note: you can have Confluence and Jira as individual connectors or as bundled connectors, at this time you cannot have multiples of the same connector within a single account. If you require adding a second connector for the same SaaS application please create a second account and manage the second instance under that account.
