Individual connectors can be upgraded from monthly plans to annual plans through the View Plan option in the connectors action menu.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to upgrade connector plans.
To upgrade a monthly connector plan to an annual plan:
1. Using the account selector 
, select the account you would like the connector plan to be within.
2. Once within the account select the 'Connectors' sub-menu option in the left-hand navigation.
3. Find the desired configured connector from within the list of connector and click on the ellipsis 
on the right-hand side, which will open the connector's action menu.
4. In the action menu select the 'View plan' option 
.
5. The plan modal will list your current monthly plan and the annual plan. Within the annual plan check list section click on the 'Select plan' button.
6. Review the plan information in the Plan Summary modal and click the 'Next' button to confirm upgrading the plan.
7. Once the system has completed upgrading the plan you will receive a notification confirming the upgrade.
