Removing a connector may cancel your connector plan depending on if it's an individual or bundled connector.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to remove a connector.
Important Note: Removing an individual connector will cancel your connector plan, you will still be required to pay the monthly fee until you have reached the end of your plan commitment, which is dependent on the plan type you purchased.

Removing an individual connector will cancel it's associated connector plan, removing a connector within a bundled set does not cancel the associated bundle plan.
To remove a connector:
1. Using the account selector , select the account you would like to remove the connector plan from.
2. Once within the account select the 'Connectors' sub-menu option in the left-hand navigation.
3. Find the desired connector from within the list of connector and click on the ellipsis on the right-hand side, which will open the connector's action menu. For bundled connectors click on the chevron iconon the right-hand side to open the connectors list, which will provide access to the connector's action menu.
4. In the action menu select the 'Remove' option .
5. The 'Remove Connector' confirmation modal will display. To confirm the removal of the connector enter your SaaSAssure user password and click the 'Remove' button.
MultiPerson Approval (MPA): If MPA is enabled on the account then the required approvers need to approve the connector removal before the system will proceed with the requested status change
MultiFactor Authentication (MFA): If MFA is enabled on the user then the system will require the user to confirm the connector removal via the MFA tool that was used with SaaSAssure.
6. The system will display a connector removed notification once it successfully applies the change.
