How do I Edit a Connector's Configuration?

SaaSAssure allows certain connector configuration items to be edited but locks some items to prevent breaking the connector integration.

Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to edit connector configurations.

To edit a connector's configuration:

1. Using the account selector Accounts Selector, select the account with the connector you would like to edit.

2. Once within the account select the 'Connectors' sub-menu option in the left-hand navigation.

3. Find the desired connector from within the list of connector and click on the ellipsis Action Menu - Ellipseon the right-hand side, which will open the connector's action menu.

4. In the action menu select the 'Edit' optionBackup Action Menu - Edit

5. Depending on the connector and the authorization approach used different connector configuration items such as API Token, URL, Secret ID, etc. will be shown. Click on the edit icon Edit Icon to enter the edit mode.

Important Note: Certain connectors are authorized on the source SaaS application side. At this time those connectors cannot have their configuration edited. For help with these connectors please contact support@asigra.com

6. Editable fields will now allow you to modify the content within them. Some fields will not be editable in order to avoid breaking the connector integration.

7. Once you have made your needed modifications click the 'Save' button. The system will attempt to validate the new configuration.

8. If the new configuration settings worked a notification that the connector was successfully edited will display.
