How do I Edit Approvers if One of the Approvers Left the Organization?

Approvers can be re-assigned or the approval threshold can be lowered.

Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to add, modify, or remove MultiPersonal approval (MPA) on an account. 

If one of the approvers listed on an account's multiperson approval (MPA) flow is no longer available as an approver, then you can do one of the following: 

  • Lower the approval threshold to exclude the user if there are multiple approvers
  • Replace the user with another user if they are the sole MPA approver for an account
