You can cancel a individual connector plan, however you will be required to continue to pay monthly for the plan until the commitment period is over.

To cancel an individual connector:
1. Using the account selector , select the account you would like to cancel the connector plan from.
2. Once within the account select the 'Connectors' sub-menu option in the left-hand navigation.
3. Find the desired connector from within the list of connector and click on the ellipsis on the right-hand side, which will open the connector's action menu. For bundled connectors click on the chevron iconon the right-hand side to open the connectors list, which will provide access to the connector's action menu.
4. In the action menu select the 'Remove' option .
5. The 'Remove Connector' confirmation modal will display. To confirm the removal of the connector enter your SaaSAssure user password and click the 'Remove' button.
MultiPerson Approval (MPA): If MPA is enabled on the account then the required approvers need to approve the connector removal before the system will proceed with the requested status change
MultiFactor Authentication (MFA): If MFA is enabled on the user then the system will require the user to confirm the connector removal via the MFA tool that was used with SaaSAssure.
6. The system will display a connector removed notification once it successfully applies the change.
