      Can I Cancel a Bundle Connector Plan?

      You can cancel a bundle connector plan, however you will be required to continue to pay monthly for the plan until the commitment period is over.

      Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to remove connectors and cancel connector plans. 

      Bundled connectors, unlike individual connectors, allows for the removal of a connector without automatically cancelling the connector plan. Thus there are additional steps needed to cancel a bundled connector plan. 

      Note that based on the plan selected, annual in the case of a bundled connector, you are required to continue to pay the monthly commitment fee until the end of the plan term.

      Cancelling a bundled connector requires you to removal all associated connectors and then follow the steps noted below:

      1. Using the account selector Accounts Selector, select the account you would like to cancel the bundle from.

       

      2. Once within the account select the 'Connectors' sub-menu option in the left-hand navigation. 

       

      3. First removal all the associated connectors within the bundle.

      4. Then click on the 'View plan' link that appears next to the configuration status Bundle Connector - View Plan Link. 

       

      5. Under the plan summary check list click the 'Remove bundle' link. If you have not yet removed all the associated connectors within the bundle you will receive a message prompting you to do so. 

       

      6. To confirm the removal of the bundle enter you user password in the 'Remove Bundle' modal and click the 'Remove' button. 

      MultiPerson Approval (MPA): If MPA is enabled on the account then the required approvers need to approve the connector removal before the system will proceed with the requested status change

      MultiFactor Authentication (MFA): If MFA is enabled on the user then the system will require the user to confirm the connector removal via the MFA tool that was used with SaaSAssure. 

       

      7. Once the system has successfully removed the bundled connector you will see a notification message display confirming the action.
