Depending on the lateness of the payment an account goes from 'active', to 'suspended', to 'inactive (to be deleted)'.
A SaaSAssure account is considered active and in good standing if there are no outstanding payments due. All invoices have a 30 day term for payment, after 30 days of not paying an invoice you will start receiving warning emails that your account status will be changing.
After 60 days of failure to pay your SaaSAssure account functionality will be suspended. You will be able to login but the only available functionality will be to make payment on invoices.
After 90 days of failure to pay the account moves to an inactive status and your SaaSAssure instance will be deactivated. At this point SaaSAssure may begin the process of purging your account.
