How do I Pay an Invoice?

There is a pay invoice option within each invoice's action menu.

Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to view the Billing pages and/or make payments in platform.

An invoice may be paid by credit card directly in SaaSAssure or via check or wire transfer externally to the platform. 

Make a Payment by Credit Card

To make a payment by credit card: 

1. Go to the settings section by clicking on the settings icon Settings Icon and navigate to the Billing page via the sub-navigation menu.

 

2. For the invoice you wish to make a payment against select the ellipsis Action Menu - Ellipsein the invoice's row to open the invoice's action menu. Select the 'Pay Invoice' Invoice Action Menu - Pay Invoice option. 

 

3. In the 'Pay Invoice' modal confirm the amount being paid and the credit card information noted. Click 'Next' to proceed. 

 

4. A notification message will confirm the payment was processed. 

 

5. Once the payment has successfully been processes the invoice status will change to 'Paid'. 

Make a Payment by Check

To make a payment by check: 

1. To find the current SaaSAssure mailing address go to the settings section by clicking on the settings icon Settings Icon and navigating to the Billing page via the sub-navigation menu.

 

2. Under the 'Credit Card' heading, below the card information, click the 'Payment options' link. 

 

3. In the 'Payment Options' modal select the 'Check' tab. This will note the mailing address to use for sending the check. 

 

4. Ensure that your account ID is noted on the check as well as the invoice number.

 

5. Once the payment has successfully been processes the invoice status will change to 'Paid'.

Make a Payment by Wire Transfer

To make a payment by wire transfer: 

1. To find the current SaaSAssure wire information go to the settings section by clicking on the settings icon Settings Icon and navigating to the Billing page via the sub-navigation menu.

 

2. Under the 'Credit Card' heading, below the card information, click the 'Payment Options' link. 

 

3. In the 'Payment Options' modal select the 'Wire Transfer' tab.

 

4. Please ensure you add your account ID and the invoice number to the wire transfer's notes.

5. Once the payment has successfully been processes the invoice status will change to 'Paid'.
