Understanding my Invoice

The SaaSAssure invoice is a summary and high-level view of the fees per billing cycle.

Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to view the Billing pages and/or edit billing features.

Billing contacts on file will receive an email with the invoice and usage report every billing cycle. 

The invoice is a high-level summary of fees per connector category per billing cycle. If a more detailed view is needed please review the billing cycle's usage report which provides the information on an account-level, connector-level view. 

The invoice is comprised of three sections: 

Upper-left section: this is the address information for SaaSAssure and your business. 

Upper-right section: this contains the administrative information of the invoice which consists of the invoice number, the issue date of the invoice, the amount due, and your account ID. The billing period and next billing date are also noted. 

Table section: the table will list your fees by connector category, the number of licensed users per month that were backed up, the price per user per month, and the total fee for those connector types. 

The connector types are subtotalled, and if there are applicable taxes these will be explicitly noted. Below this the invoice will note the amount due and/or if a payment was already made. 

If a payment was already made (e.g. via the autopay feature) this will also be noted at the bottom of the invoice with the date, time, and method used for payment.
