      MFA is Turned On, but I Need to add SaaSAssure Again to my MFA App?

      You can trigger a text code resend to a user with MFA already enabled on.

      Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to resend a MFA text code to a user. 

      To resend a QR code: 

      1. Go to the settings section by clicking on the settings icon Settings Icon and navigating to the Users page via the sub-navigation menu.

       

      2. Click on the user in the list you want to resend the QR code to.  

       

      3. Under the 'Multifactor Authentication (MFA)' header click on the 'Resend QR code' link at the bottom. 

       

      4. A notification will confirm the email send to the user. The user will receive an email from SaaSAssure with a text code that can be used for setting up MFA again.
