How are the SaaSAssure Billing Cycles Set?

Billing cycle dates are based on the date the first connector was added to SaaSAssure.

SaaSAssure billing cycles are not synced to the beginning of the calendar months, rather they are set based on the date of when the first connect plan was activated. Any new connectors added after the initial connector are pro-rated based on when they were added compared to the set billing cycle dates. This allows SaaSAssure to maintain the billing cycle dates regardless of the additional or removal of connector plans. 

For example if the initial connector was added on the 16th of a month and a second connector was added on the 12th of the next month, then the second connector will be pro-rated for 4 days for that billing cycle.
