Within a backup's action menu you can trigger an on-demand backup run.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Backup Admins have permissions to run on-demand backups.
To run an on-demand backup:
1. Navigate to the account and connector for the backup in question. Each backup listed within a connector has an action menu at the right-side of the backup list, which is represented by an ellipsis 
.
2. For the backup you want to run, click the ellipse to open the action menu and select the 'Back up' option 
.
3. A confirmation modal will appear, click 'Continue' to start the on-demand backup.
MultiPerson Approval (MPA): If MPA is enabled on the account then the required approvers need to approve running of an on-demand backup before the system will proceed with the requested status change.
MultiFactor Authentication (MFA): If MFA is enabled on the user then the system will require the user to confirm running of an on-demand backup via the MFA tool that was used with SaaSAssure.
4. A notification will appear letting you know the backup process has started.
