How do I Edit an Existing Account?

Each account has its own account details page where you can edit the account's configuration.

Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to edit accounts.

To get to the Accounts Detail Page

In the account selector Accounts Selectorselect the account you want to edit. Then when within the account (you can tell you are within the account if the account selector has the account name displayed in it) click the edit icon next to the account selector Edit Icon with Background

What you can Configure on the Accounts Detail Page

From an account's Account Details page you can: 

    • Edit the account name
    • Enable/disable MultiPerson Approval (MPA) and configure which actions to require MPA on. 
    • Change the account status from active to inactive, inactive to deleted, or inactive to active.
    • Edit and assign account group tags.
