Cancelling your SaaSAssure license (plan) will delete all accounts, connectors, and associated backup data.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to cancel a SaaSAssure service.
To cancel your SaaSAssure service:
1. Go to the settings section by clicking on the settings icon 
and navigate to the Billing page via the sub-navigation menu.
2. Under the 'Plan' header click the 'Cancel Plan' link, which will open the Cancel Plan modal.
3. Click the 'Yes - cancel' button to confirm you would like to cancel your SaaSAssure service.
4. A notification message will display confirming your SaaSAssure service has been cancelled.
Important Note: You will still be required to continue to pay for any open connector plans based on their commitment terms.
