To upgrade to a paid SaaSAssure license (plan) navigate to the Billing page and click on the 'Manage Plan' link.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to upgrade to a paid SaaSAssure service.
How to Upgrade
To upgrade to a paid plan:
1. Click on the settings icon in the header and navigate to the Billing page via the sub-navigation menu.
2. Under the 'Plan' header click the 'Manage Plan' link, which will open the Upgrade Summary modal.
3. Here, you'll see the number of all the connector bundles and individual connectors you have already added across all accounts. Proceeding will convert all bundled connectors into an annual plan and all individual connectors into monthly plans.
If you need to modify this list click 'Not Now', edit the connectors as needed and then return here. If you are ready to proceed click the 'Upgrade Plan' button and follow the prompts asking for your payment information.
4. After successfully upgrading your plan a notification will display confirming everything was successfully processed.
What Happens to the Existing Connectors in the Free Trial
By default all individual connector plans will be set as monthly commitment plans and all connector bundles will be set as annual commitment plans when you upgrade.
To switch an individual connector to an annual plan, you can do so after completing the upgrade by choosing the specific connector at the account-level and accessing that connector's plan selection through the connector's action menu.

What if I need to Change the Connectors in the Plan
If when in the Upgrade Summary modal you decide that you don't want to keep some of the existing connectors you set up during your free trial as paid plans, simply click the 'Not Now' button if your trial is still active or the 'Exit to make changes' button if your trial has expired. This will take you back to your accounts where you can remove connectors as necessary.
After confirming the desired number of connectors per account, you can return to the Billing page to upgrade your plan with the updated list of connectors.
