After 14 days the free trial will end and you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid license.
Limited Account Access
After the free trial has expired the only action you'll be able to take within the platform is to upgrade to a paid license. You be able to sign in and upgrade for 30 days after the trial has expired.
After the additional 30 days your access to the platform will be restricted. If you wish to regain access to upgrade to a paid license you will need to contact support at supprt@asigra.com to have the account unblocked.
What Happens to the Data
SaaSAssure will purge all data from the free trial if the trial is actively cancelled. Depending on the time since the expiry of the trial the support team may or may not, be able to restore data from the free trial. The platform does wipe all data from expired accounts after a set period of time. To see if your free trial data can be retained please contact support at support@asigra.com.
