Deleting an account group tag either on an account or on a user will remove the tag from the entire system.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to delete account group tags from SaaSAssure.
You can delete an account group tag from all accounts and users on any account's configuration page or the user's User Profile page.
Deleting an Account Group Tag on the Accounts Details Page
1. Select the account in question from the Account Selector 
, which will take inside that account. Once inside the account the '+' icon next to the Account Selector will change to an edit icon 
. Clicking this icon will take you to that account's details page where you can edit the account's configuration.
2. On the right-hand side of the page is an Account Groups section. Hover over the tag you wish to remove and the edit and delete icons will appear. Click on the delete icon 
.
3. A confirmation modal will open asking you to confirm you want to delete this account group tag. Deleting the tag will remove it from all accounts and all users within SaaSAssure. To delete the account group tag click the 'Confirm' button.
4. A notification will appear to confirm that the account group tag was successfully deleted.
Deleting an Account Group Tag on the User Profile Page
1. Start by going to the Users page by clicking on the settings icon 
and navigating to the page via the sub-navigation menu and follow the steps below.
2. In the list of existing users select the user you wish to modify or remove the account group tag from. Clicking on their name will take you to that user's User Profile page.
3. On the right-hand side of the page is an Account Groups section. Hover over the tag you wish to remove and the edit and delete icons will appear. Click on the delete icon .
4. A confirmation modal will open asking you to confirm you want to delete this account group tag. Deleting the tag will remove it from all accounts and all users within SaaSAssure. To delete the account group tag click the 'Confirm' button.
5. A notification will appear to confirm that the account group tag was successfully deleted.
