Editing an account group tag's label on any account or user will modify all instances of that tag.
Required User Roles: Only Global Admins or Account Admins have permissions to edit account group tags from SaaSAssure.
You can globally edit an account group tag for all accounts and users on any account's configuration page or the user's User Profile page.
Edit an Account Group Tag on the Account Details Page
1. Select the account in question from the Account Selector, which will take inside that account.
2. Once inside the account the '+' icon next to the Account Selector will change to an edit icon . Clicking this icon will take you to that account details page where you can edit the account's configuration.
3. On the right-hand side of the page is an Account Groups section. Hover over the tag you wish to remove and the edit and delete icons will appear. Click on the edit icon .
4. The tag label will change to a form field where you can edit the tag label. All account group tags must be unique values. Once you've completed your changes click the check mark button to confirm the update.
5. A notification will appear to confirm that the account group tag was successfully updated.
Edit an Account Group Tag On a User's Profile Page
1. Start by going to the Users page by clicking on the settings icon and navigating to the page via the sub-navigation menu.
2. In the list of existing users select the user you wish to modify or remove the account group tag from. Clicking on their name will take you to that their User Profile page.
3. On the right-hand side of the page is an Account Groups section. Hover over the tag you wish to remove and the edit and delete icons will appear. Click on the edit icon .
4. The tag label will change to a form field where you can edit the tag label. All account group tags must be unique values. Once you've completed your changes click the check mark button to confirm the update.
5. A notification will appear to confirm that the account group tag was successfully updated.
