Restore: Soft Deleted Items Cannot Be Restored

Soft-deleted items in Jira cannot be restored directly. Users attempting to restore soft-deleted items will receive a warning message prompting them to restore from the trash instead. It is important to note that soft-deleted items cannot be restored using SaaSAssure's standard restoration process.
