Restore: Sites in Soft-Delete Require Manual Restoration post Restore job

If a restore job is initiated on a SharePoint site is in a soft-delete state, within the Admin Centre's recycling bin, it will restore the data; however, the site itself will remain within a soft-delete state. A SharePoint or M365 admin will need to manually restore the site from within the SharePoint Admin Centre in order to mane the site accessible to users again.
