Restore: Renamed Custom Folders are Not Restored

If attempting to restore a custom folder that has a different name in the backup compared to its current name it will not restore the content.

This is because the folder has the same ID in both versions and the system will read this as the content's still being present in the source and not override it.

Currently SaaSAssure is structured to only restore changed or deleted items, but this would not be read as unchanged based on the ID.
