      Is SaaSAssure a Multi-tenant Environment?

      SaaSAssure is a multi-tenant environment, where each account is segregated and has it's own configurations and plans.

      All accounts within SaaSAssure are separate tenants within the system. Each account has it's own: 

      • Connector configurations and associated plans
      • Storage location configurations
      • Backup data and backup activities
      • Event logs

      Important Note: the provided Asigra Storage feature does provide data segregation by account, but for absolute guarantee of data control and sovereignty it is recommended that you use your own dedicated storage location.
