Restore: Soft Delete Channel Restore Warning

When a channel is deleted and resides in the deleted folder, and a restore operation is performed from the SaaSAssure application, a warning log is added. The log message indicates: "No channel added, channel exists in deleted folder." This alerts the user that the channel is already in the deleted folder and was not restored.
