Restore: Duplicate Notes Tab During Restore

When restoring a standard channel, the Notes tab is automatically created, even if the Notes tab was already present in the channel before the restore process. As a result, a duplicate Notes tab is created. To differentiate between the original Notes tab and the one created during the restore process, the restored Notes tab is named "Notes(Restored)."
