QuickBooks Backup Failing Due to Invalid Grant Error

Users may observe backup failures due to an "invalid grant" error when calling the refresh token flow at the beginning of the activity. This intermittent issue occurs when an existing connector’s token has expired and the system attempts to refresh the token. If a concurrent job runs at the same time for the same connector and SaaSAssure account, it may trigger this issue. If the backup fails due to authentication issues, re-triggering the failed backup set after some time will resolve the problem. Alternatively, running multiple backup sets at different times (not simultaneously) will prevent this issue from occurring. We are working on fixing this issue in the upcoming release to prevent backup failures caused by this error.
