To change your password use the forgot password feature or directly edit your password within your profile.
Password Reset from the Sign In Page
If you are signed out of SaaSAssure and need to reset your password you can use the forgot password feature via the 'I forgot my password' link.
Complete the following steps to reset your password:
1. While on the Sign In page click on the 'I forgot my password' link under the sign in form.
2. On the Password Reset page enter the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to that address with a link to a password reset page.
3. Check your email for a Password Reset Request email from SaaSAssure. Please be sure to check your junk folder and/or filter settings. Within the email click the 'Reset Password' button. This will take you to a password reset page in SaaSAssure.
4. Once on the Create New Password page select a password that meets the noted password requirements. Retype the password in the validation field and click on the 'Submit' button.
You should now be able to sign in with the new password. If you encounter issues or don't receive a password reset email please contact support at support@asigra.com.
Password Reset from the User Profile Page
If you are able to sign in to SaaSAssure successfully and would like to reset your password you can do so from your Profile page.
Complete the following steps to reset your password:
1. Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the profile menu options. Select the 'My Profile' option .
2. On the My Profile page select the edit icon that is in line with the 'Change Password' heading. This will open a change password form.
3. In the change password form enter your current password, a new password that satisfies the password requirement criteria, and retype the new password to validate it. Once done click the 'Save' button.
4. Once the system has successfully updated your password you will see a notification confirming this.
