      Backup: Box File Download Limitations

      Per File Download Limits:

      • Individual, Personal Pro, and Starter Plans: 10 GB per file per month.
      • All Other Plans: 2 TB per file per month.

      Per User Download Limits:

      • Individual Users: 1 TB of bandwidth per user per month, across all accounts.
      • Organizations with Multiple User Licenses: 1 TB of bandwidth per user license per month, cumulatively for all user accounts.
