Backup: Sites Count when using Fallback Graph QL API

In order to check and/or assigned the admin user who configured the SharePoint connector the system utilizes Microsofts SharePoint Admin APIs. In the event that those APIs are not available we have built in a fall back to Microsoft's Graph QL APIs. 

This may lead to a discrepancy in the number of total sites as the SharePoint Admin API does not count SharePoint sites that are autogenerated when a Team's private/shared channel is created, where as the Graph QL APIs do.
