Backup: File Volume and Size Limits

Hubspot has limitations on the number of files you can manage via API calls and the size of the file. This Hubspot limitation imposed a limit on the number of files that can be backed up with SaaSAssure. Please see the limitations by Hubspot tier below: 

File Manager Limits: 

• Free and Starter Tier: up to 5,000 files total
• Professional and Enterprise Tier: up to 15,000 files total
• Individual file size limit: 2 GB
